About this Event:

Have you ever noticed when robins first arrived in the spring? Perhaps the first time you saw daisies bloom in your yard? If so, you were observing a phenological event! Phenology is the study of annual events in nature that are influenced by seasonal changes such as climate and weather. It’s a wonderful educational activity that gets the whole family outside and engaged in nature. In this class, we’ll learn all about the science of phenology, make our own phenology nature journal, play a phenology game, and go on a phenology hike (weather-dependent).
