About this Event:
Enjoy a night out with your significant other enjoying the fall scenes in the park and learning how to cook with and care for your Dutch ovens and enjoying the fall scenes in the park. You will be preparing the meal, so come hungry! Adults only and pre-registration for both participants is required. All supplies will be provided.

About the Program
Overview:
Learn how to kayak/canoe, cook in the outdoors, cross-country ski, snowshoe, and survive in the wilderness.
These courses introduce folks to practical skills for enjoying South Dakota’s landscape. Classes include kayak and canoe classes on flat and moving bodies of water, skills for how to start a fire and cook on an open fire, and skills for wilderness survival. During the winter months, these courses also include snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
