About this Event:
Many marriages are tested when it comes to loading the boat and backing it into the water to enjoy a day on the lake. Come to this class to learn some basic tips to using ratchet straps and learning to back a camper or boat into a spot.

About the Program
Overview:
Learn how to kayak/canoe, cook in the outdoors, cross-country ski, snowshoe, and survive in the wilderness.
These courses introduce folks to practical skills for enjoying South Dakota’s landscape. Classes include kayak and canoe classes on flat and moving bodies of water, skills for how to start a fire and cook on an open fire, and skills for wilderness survival. During the winter months, these courses also include snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
