About this Event:

Learn the basic techniques you need to get involved in the sport of archery. Participants will learn the parts of a bow, range safety and how to safely shoot a compound bow. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Ages 8 and up. Please note: Class start times are posted in Central Daylight Time, but this class is set to start at 1:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time.

Please note: Programs not specified as adult programs are considered family programs. All youth must be accompanied by an adult that has also registered for the program.

Overview:

Interested in learning how to shoot your shotgun, rifle, bow or bow? Join us in our Shooting Sports series. 
These classes will give you the opportunity to practice wing-shooting in preparation for upland game bird hunting, will teach you how to care for your firearms so they last a lifetime, how to sight in your rifle or bow,  how to take ethical shots while hunting, and how to enjoy recreational shooting on your own.
